Euro Imports Auto Repair

I called around to a few shops for a pre-purchase inspection on a BMW X6, and Euro Imports was the clear winner. Pricing was fair, other places wanted the same or more, but you could just tell their inspections wouldn't be as thorough. Euro Imports also got me in the same day, which was a nice surprise. These guys really dig in. They caught a problem with the transfer case and flagged it, and it turned out to be the real deal. After I bought the car I took it to the BMW service center, and their multipoint inspection came back with the exact same thing- transfer case and all. BMW ended up fixing it under warranty. When an independent shop nails it point for point with the dealer, that tells you everything. Honest, thorough, and fair on price. Can't recommend these guys enough for a BMW PPI.

Called and got my vehicle in the same day because I was having some idling issues. Luis and his team took care of me right away. Trustworthy and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. He will 100% be where we go for any future needs. 10/10 recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about this place, called on Friday to have my Mercedes looked at and instantly got greeted by Luis. What a nice gentleman, took the time to really listen to my issue. Yes read that again ! Seems like no one does this anymore. quickly allowed me to drop off the car and no repairs were made until I was informed of the issues and I agreed to pay for the repair. Car drives flawlessly and the price was very fair. Very refreshing to have found this shop near home and they will have a customer for life! I never write reviews but I felt as this wonderful experience should get recognized. Thank you Luis for your patience and great customer skills and reliable work!
